I requested the services of Snug Inside as I just didn't know where to start with our kitchen dining area. What colours should we use? How could we purchase some new items that would work with existing items? How could we create a practical space that was easy to look after? I honestly didn't know where to begin.

 

Wanting to support a local business Snug Inside was recommended. From the minute I signed up, the service and experience has been 1st class. The team have listened to our needs, asked thought provoking questions, given amazing suggestions (that I would never have considered) and been absolute professionals throughout the surprisingly enjoyable process. 

 

Meetings were face to face, followed by phone and zoom calls and then garden visits as the team brilliantly and safely managed the project throughout COVID-19 restrictions.

 

Mood boards were shared on email and via Zoom call, followed by the final scheme being presented on these amazing placards. The placards included sketches that gave us incredible visuals for what our room would look like. We were then given a full shopping list with links where I could simply purchase every item presented. My kind of shopping experience - simply amazing!

 

Our room was completed just before Christmas and the pleasure it has given us is hard to describe. Perhaps the best way would be to say I have just appointed SNUG Inside to complete two further rooms in our home.

 

I would also like to add that Carrie in particular has been an absolute joy to work with - professional, timely in every email and call as well as friendly and made a daunting process such fun.
