Once you have contacted us, we will arrange a no obligation consultation allowing one of our designers to meet you and discuss, who we are and what we are able to offer.  If you decide to continue with the process and purchase our design service, we will arrange a time when it is convenient to have a longer consultation meeting.

During your consultation meeting, we will take an in-depth look at the area which you want to work on, we will explore ideas and preferences with you, talk about your budget and use of the room/s.  This is a key stage in the process and we will need to take measurements and lots of notes.  We need you to be honest with us about things that you like and dislike as this will influence the design.
